We deliver within the Federal Republic of Germany and to the countries listed below. Delivery is made with DHL GoGreen (DHL packages are automatically 100% climate neutral) within 1-5 days from receipt of your order, unless otherwise agreed or a different delivery time is specified in the item description.
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the shipment of goods will be the delivery time indicated for the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
All prices are total prices in Euro, i.e. they include all price components as well as the legal sales tax. In addition to the indicated prices we charge per order the shipping costs indicated in the following list:

With the following minimum order values we take over the forwarding expenses for you.
Germany => from 30,00 €
Austria + shipping zone 1 => from 50,00 €
Switzerland + shipping zone 2 => from 90,00 €
Delay
If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.
The time limit for delivery begins to run in case of payment in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the remitting bank or in case of other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Reservation
We reserve the right to provide a service (goods or services) equivalent in quality and price, or not to provide the promised service in case of its unavailability. In the event of non-availability, the purchase price already paid will be refunded immediately. In all other respects, the provisions of our GTC shall apply.
