Finishing is a collective term for all subsequent changes to a fiber. A distinction is made between mechanical and chemical finishing. Chemical finishes are generally excluded by our sustainability standards. A mechanical finish is, for example, the roughening of a fabric in beaver or flannel qualities. Here, the fiber, in this case organic cotton, is not changed. The naturalness of the pure natural fibers is preserved.
